We are honored that you have chosen to celebrate your loved one through the One Last Wave Project. To date we have released ten surfboards, honoring 17,980 beautiful lives, many who had a deep connection to nature and the ocean. We hope that the project continues to bring peace to you and your family.

Submissions

Submissions are now open for our next two boards in Ocean City, NJ and Tofino, Canada.

Before you submit — please note
  • Maximum 5 individuals per submission.
  • Provide only their FIRST and LAST or simply a nickname. Please respect the no middle names as this helps us provide space for every family to participate.
  • Select which board location you are submitting for — Ocean City, NJ or Tofino, Canada.
  • A brief story is optional but always welcome — if relevant, mention their love of nature and where you are submitting from
  • Note: Make sure your contact information is correct before submitting!
